You are in control of your data. This page explains how to have your Adpala data deleted, including any data obtained through connected platforms such as Meta and Google, and what we remove when you do. Adpala is operated by Fluse B.V. (Netherlands).
How to request deletion
You can delete your data in any of the following ways:
1. Disconnect an integration in Adpala
Sign in to Adpala, open Settings → Integrations, and disconnect the relevant platform (e.g. Meta or Google). Disconnecting revokes Adpala’s access and removes the access tokens and the synced account data associated with that integration.
2. Delete your account
Deleting your Adpala account removes your account and all associated connected account data. Contact us if you would like help doing this.
3. Email us
Send a request to info@fluse.nl with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your request and delete your data.
4. Revoke access from the platform
You can also revoke Adpala’s access directly from the platform:
- Meta / Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), find Adpala, and remove it.
- Google: go to your Google Account’s Security → Third party apps & services, find Adpala, and remove its access.
Revoking access on the platform immediately stops further data access. To also delete data already stored in Adpala, please use one of the options above or email us.
What we delete
When you delete an integration or your account, we remove:
- Access tokens and credentials for the connected platform;
- Synced account structure (ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets / ad groups, ads);
- Any cached performance data and the automated decision history tied to that data;
- Your account profile, when you delete the whole account.
Timeline
Disconnecting an integration or deleting your account takes effect immediately in the application. Requests by email are completed within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.
