This Privacy Policy explains how Fluse B.V. (“Fluse”, “we”, “us”), the operator of Adpala (“the Service”), handles information when you use Adpala. Fluse B.V. is a company registered in the Netherlands and acts as the data controller for the information described below.

Adpala is a budget automation tool for advertisers. With your authorization, it reads your advertising accounts on connected platforms (such as Meta and Google), evaluates your rules against live campaign performance, and adjusts campaign budgets and statuses on your behalf.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an Adpala account we collect your name, email address, and authentication details needed to sign you in and secure your account.

Advertising platform data

When you connect an advertising account, you authorize Adpala to access data through that platform’s API (for example the Meta Marketing API and the Google Ads API). This includes:

  • Ad account identifiers and the names you have given your accounts;
  • Your campaign structure: campaigns, ad sets and ad groups, and ads, including their status and daily budgets;
  • Aggregated advertising performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, and derived rates (CTR, CVR, CPA).
Adpala works only with your own advertising and campaign data. We do not request, receive, or store the personal information of the people who see or interact with your ads. We do not access message content, contact lists, or any data beyond what is needed to manage advertising budgets.

CRM / conversion data (optional)

If you enable a CRM integration, Adpala retrieves aggregated counts of accepted leads associated with your campaigns so it can calculate a true cost per acquisition. We do not store individual lead records or their personal details.

Usage and technical data

We collect standard technical information (such as log data and basic usage events) to operate the Service securely and to diagnose problems.

2. How we use information

  • To provide the Service: evaluate your rules and automatically adjust ad budgets and statuses;
  • To display your campaign performance and the decisions Adpala has made;
  • To authenticate you and keep your account and connected data secure;
  • To maintain an auditable history of automated decisions;
  • To communicate with you about the Service and respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your advertising data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing Adpala to you.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of: performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), your consent (where requested, such as connecting an integration), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run Adpala, and only as needed to provide the Service. These include:

  • Advertising platforms (Meta, Google), to read metrics and apply budget and status changes you have configured;
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers, to host the application and store your account data;
  • Email provider, to send account and service emails.

These providers process data on our instructions under appropriate agreements. We may also disclose information where required by law. Our use of information received from the Meta and Google platforms complies with their respective platform terms and developer policies.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information and connected account data for as long as your account is active and you maintain the relevant integration. When you disconnect an integration or delete your account, the associated data is deleted as described in our Data Deletion Policy . Performance metrics are fetched on demand and are not retained in a long term performance store.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@fluse.nl. You may also revoke Adpala’s access to a connected platform at any time from that platform’s settings.

7. Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your data at any time. Please see our Data Deletion Policy for step by step instructions and what gets removed.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure storage of platform access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

9. International transfers

We are based in the Netherlands and process data within the EU where possible. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (for example by a service provider), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Children

Adpala is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you through the Service or by email.
